Welcome to the Pen Peptides Affiliate Program. This document outlines the terms and conditions of our partnership. By applying to and participating in our program, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. General Agreement

1.1. Enrollment: By enrolling in our Affiliate Program, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1.2. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. You will be notified of any changes via email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your participation. Your continued participation in the program following the notification of a change will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

1.3. Relationship: This agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Pen Peptides. You are an independent contractor and have no authority to bind the company to any obligation.

2. Commissions & Payouts

2.1. Commission Structure: As an affiliate, you have the flexibility to choose your commission structure. The total value distributed per sale is 20%, which is split between your commission and a discount for your customer. The options are: * Option A: You receive a 15% commission, and your customer receives a 5% discount. * Option B: You receive a 10% commission, and your customer receives a 10% discount. This choice is managed within your affiliate dashboard.

2.2. Calculation: Commissions are calculated based on the total order value generated by a customer through your unique referral link or assigned coupon code.

2.3. Payout Schedule: All earned commissions are processed on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s earnings. (e.g., commissions earned in January will be paid on February 1st).

2.4. Payout Methods: Payouts will be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer, as selected in your affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for any transaction fees associated with your chosen payment method.

2.5. No Minimum Payout: There is no minimum earnings threshold required to receive a payout. All confirmed commissions will be paid out according to the schedule.

2.6. Referral Tracking: * A referral is tracked via a cookie placed on the customer’s browser. * The cookie duration is 14 days. You will earn a commission on any purchase made by the customer within 14 days of the initial referral, provided they do not clear their cookies or click on another affiliate’s link. * Referrals can also be tracked via a unique coupon code assigned to you. When a customer uses your code at checkout, you will be credited with the sale.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities & Restrictions

3.1. Promotion: You are free to promote your referral links and coupon codes on your website, blog, social media channels, and other marketing channels. This includes deal and coupon websites.

3.2. Paid Advertising (PPC): Affiliates are permitted to run paid advertising campaigns.

3.3. Brand Representation: * You must not represent yourself as an official agent or employee of Pen Peptides. * Your promotional content must be honest and must not contain any false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about our products. * Your website and promotional materials may not contain any content that is defamatory, illegal, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Our products are designed for research purpose only. You are not allowed to demonstrate how you decided to use them in front of your audience. You are allowed to show the product on camera and explain what researches have confirmed, but never invite users to consume it.

3.4. Self-Referrals: You are not permitted to use your own affiliate link or coupon code to make purchases for personal use. Such transactions will be considered invalid, and no commission will be paid.

4. Account Termination

4.1. Violation of Terms: Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account and the forfeiture of any outstanding commission payments. If your account is terminated for a violation, you will be prohibited from rejoining the program for a period of one (1) year.

4.2. Termination Rights: Both you and Pen Peptides have the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using all referral links and promotional materials.
