Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within one business day after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been packed and prepared, it will be handed over to our trusted delivery partners for express shipping.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

We use only shipping services via FedEx to ensure the highest quality of delivery for your order. Most customers in the contiguous United States receive their packages within 1 to 3 business days.

We currently ship only within the continental U.S., excluding military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Costs

We offer a simple and transparent shipping policy:

  • Flat rate of $12.90 for orders under $299

  • Free express shipping for orders of $299 and above

Tracking & Signature

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number automatically via email. All shipments above $1000 require a signature upon delivery to ensure they reach the correct recipient safely.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update the details before your order is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen during transit, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue. We’ll also ship a replacement in advance to ensure you don’t experience unnecessary delays.

Product Preparation & Delivery

All peptides are shipped in pre-filled pens, already mixed in liquid form with sterile water. This eliminates the need for reconstitution and ensures maximum convenience and reliability for research purposes.
